Small productions,
Big emotions
HIGH-QUALITY WINES THAT CAPTURE THE SOUL OF THE SINIS PENINSULA,
ENCAPSULATING THE ESSENCE OF THE LAND AND THE SEA
IN THEIR AROMAS AND FLAVORS,
FOR A UNIQUE AND UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.
Our Story
TRADITION, PASSION, AND TERROIR IN EVERY BOTTLE
It all started from an old abandoned vineyard in the heart of Sinis , a few hundred meters from Is Arutas, one of the most fascinating beaches in Sardinia.
A magical place, where sea, wind, and sun sculpt a landscape of rare beauty. From there, our project was born: to tell the story of this peninsula through wine .
Here, in a still uncontaminated agricultural landscape, live people who have never lost their connection with the land and its fruits. We are among them .
And it is precisely that profound bond that is the common thread of our work—a bond that we also wanted to express in our name and our logo.
In our symbol, the T , drawn with a line and a bunch of grapes, recalls tradition and roots to the land.
The S , which takes the shape of a barrel, tells of time , care , refinement .
The grapes that fall and transform into wine represent the magic of transformation: from fruit to emotion in the bottle.
Together, the two letters — T and S — give shape to Tenute Sinis and guard its soul: a project born from the love for our land and the desire to promote ethical , respectful and authentic agriculture.
Our Wines
BORN FROM THE LAND, IN RESPECT OF THE LAND

ESPOSTO 221° SO
Esposto 221° SO is the first label by Tenute Sinis, a Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, already multiple times awarded at the International Vermentino Competition. It originates from a vineyard located just a few hundred meters from the stunning Is Arutas beach, famous for its rice-grain-like sand.
The vineyard that gives birth to Esposto 221° SO spans one and a half hectares and boasts old Vermentino vines, once abandoned, growing in a sandy soil rich in limestone content.
The name is a tribute to the vineyard’s location: like a beach towel exposed to the mistral wind.
Profile
The pedoclimatic context (soil and climate conditions) is such that it imparts sapidity, structure, and personality to the wines produced here. The grape harvest is slightly delayed to allow for a higher sugar content, resulting in a fuller-bodied wine with greater aromatic expression. Strictly hand-picked, the bunches are quickly subjected to white winemaking, with gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation carried out entirely in stainless steel.
Esposto 221° S.O. shines in the glass with a beautiful straw yellow color with lunar reflections: a bright and lively appearance that remains still in the glass, barely swirling. The nose is rich and intense, offering sensations of Renetta apple and banana, intertwined with delicate notes of jasmine and honeysuckle, and deeper Mediterranean memories of rosemary and lavender.
On the palate, Esposto 221° S.O. stands out for its sapidity: flavorful, almost saline, yet simultaneously fresh and smooth. It is a structured wine, with an elegant and persistent sip, bringing back flavors of Saturn peach and chamomile flowers.

Pairings
Esposto 221° SO is a wine that lends itself perfectly as an aperitif: rich, refreshing, and ideal alongside creamy, slightly sweet cheeses like Asiago DOP.
At the table, it pairs beautifully with oysters, clams, and mussels as a starter, but also shines with seafood spaghetti, grey mullet bottarga with olive oil and cherry tomatoes, or — why not — with steamed croaker scented with lemon, or even an assortment of sushi, where its clean, crisp sip perfectly complements the marine notes and balance of flavors.

ESPOSTO 133° SE
From the heart of Sardinia comes Esposto 133° SE, an elegant and enveloping rosé wine, made from the noble Nieddera grape . This native grape, a symbol of Oristano's winemaking tradition, is cultivated with passion and respect for local history, giving the wine a unique and unmistakable character. Every sip tells the story of an authentic terroir, kissed by the sun and caressed by the Mediterranean winds.
Profile
Color: Pale pink with coral reflections, bright and crystalline.
Aroma: The nose opens with a fresh and fragrant bouquet, dominated by hints of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, intertwined with floral notes of dog rose and hints of Mediterranean herbs.
Taste: Balanced and harmonious on the palate, with a pleasant freshness paired with a light savory finish. The finish is persistent, with a hint of fresh fruit and a subtle mineral note that enhances its character.
Pairings
Esposto 133° SE is a wine that lends itself to a variety of pairings: it is perfect with seafood appetizers , fish carpaccio, and shellfish , but it also pairs well with light vegetable-based first courses or delicate risottos. It is also worth trying with fresh cheeses and summer salads to enhance its freshness. Excellent as an aperitif , served at the ideal temperature of 10-12°C, it is the ideal companion for a toast that celebrates the authentic flavors of Sardinia.
